MINT CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. white chocolate
1 tbsp. peppermint extract
1 drop green food coloring

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with 1 cup sweetened condensed milk. Add vanilla extract. Spread 1/2 mixture into wax paper-lined 8-inch square pan. Chill 10 minutes.

Hold remaining chocolate at room temperature. Melt white chocolate with remaining milk. Add peppermint and food coloring. Spread on chilled chocolate layer. Chill 10 minutes.

Spread the rest of chocolate on chilled green layer. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
