MILLIONAIRE PIE 
2 baked pie shells (I use 1 lg. one, then cut pie into smaller pieces for serving)
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 lg. eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and powdered sugar in mixer. Add other ingredients and beat until fluffy. Spread in baked pie shell.

TOPPING:

1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. well drained pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Whip cream until stiff. Blend in powdered sugar. Fold in pineapple and pecans. Spread evenly on pie and chill before serving. (At least 1 hour.)
