CHICKEN SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 sm. box vermicelli
2-4 chicken breasts, baked and boned
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Grated Cheddar cheese
Mushrooms
1 med. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped

Chicken breasts can be prepared ahead of time. Saute onions and celery in some butter. Cook vermicelli as directed. Mix milk, soup, onions, celery and onions together.

In any casserole dish, layer vermicelli, chicken, mixture and cheese over and over until finished. Be sure to finish with soup, then cheese. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake until heated.
