BLENDER FUDGE PIE 
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
7 tbsp. cocoa (I use a little less)
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
2 (8") unbaked pie shells

In blender combine eggs, sugar, milk, butter, cocoa and vanilla. Whip on high speed 2 minutes. Divide between pie shells. Bake 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until center of pie is slightly shaky. Cool to room temperature.
