BLENDER PUMPKIN PIE 
2 eggs
1 lg. can Carnation evaporated milk and water to make 2 cups
3/4 c. white sugar
1 (No. 2) can pumpkin
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. bisquick
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Put all in blender and blend for 2 minutes. Pour into large greased and floured pie pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. You will never make a pie crust for pumpkin pie again!!
