BLENDER COCONUT PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 c. coconut or 1 can coconut
1 unbaked pie shell

Combine all ingredients except coconut in blender. Blend and pour in pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees approximately 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
