PECAN PIE (In a blender) 
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
3 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. shelled pecans

Blend together milk, syrup, eggs, butter, salt, sugar and vanilla in blender. Add nuts; switch blender on and off 3 times or until nuts are coarsely chopped. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
