BLUERIDGE GARDEN SALAD 
1/2 to 3/4 head lettuce
1 lg. head cauliflower
5-6 chopped green onions
1 lb. bacon (fried crisp and chopped)

Layer above ingredients in order given.

2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Put on top layer and close tightly. Refrigerate 24 hours, then toss right before serving.
