ALOHA CRAB SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. crabmeat
1 fresh pineapple
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 finely chopped green onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder

Thaw and prepare crab. Halve pineapple lengthwise. Scoop out fruit and cut into chunks. Peel avocado and dice. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Toss together pineapple chunks, water chestnuts, avocado, green onion, and crabmeat. Spoon into pineapple shells and garnish with mayonnaise seasoned with curry powder.
