CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breast, cooked & shredded
1 1/2 lg. heads lettuce
1 can chow mein noodles
4 oz. sliced almonds (toasted)
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 chopped cucumber
4 stalks celery, chopped
4 green onions, chopped

DRESSING:

6 tbsp. vinegar (rice is best)
1/2 c. oil
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients with dressing. Except chow mein noodles, which should be added right before serving. Serve chilled.
