BLUEBERRY CRUMB CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Crisco
3 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 pt. blueberries

Mix flour, sugar, salt, and Crisco as for pie crust. Save 1 cup of mixture to be used for crumb topping. Add baking powder. Add eggs and milk. Blend well. Fold in blueberries. Put into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Top with crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
