BARBECUE GREEN BEANS 
4 pieces bacon
1 lg. onion
3/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
Salt to taste
1 1/2 qt. green beans

Fry bacon, remove from pan and crumble. Saute onion with bacon. Add ketchup, mustard, brown sugar and salt. Heat. Put 1 1/2 quarts cooked green beans in casserole (if canned, pour away half of liquid). Mix remainder of liquid with above sauce. Pour sauce over beans. Put bacon on top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Cover casserole partway through baking period because it dries out the beans if you don't.
