CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh or frozen broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. shredded sharp American cheese
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. crushed round cheese crackers
1 1/2 c. cooked, cut up chicken

Cut up broccoli and cook 10-15 minutes. Drain well and turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add cooked chicken to broccoli. Mix soup, salad dressing, cheese and lemon juice together and pour over broccoli and chicken. Top with crushed crackers. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
