BARBECUED FRANKFURTERS 
1 pkg. beef franks
Med. onion, minced
1/2 c. minced celery
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. honey
1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt

Prick franks with fork. In butter, saute onion and celery. Add all remaining ingredients, cooking and stirring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Place franks in shallow pan. Cover with mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, basting 3 times. Can also be slow-cooked, stirring occasionally.
