MEXICAN SURPRISE 
2 tbsp. cumin
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up, not stewed
1 c. picante sauce
2 cloves garlic
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. hamburger meat
6 (6 inch) flour tortillas
1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1/3 c. diced tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped olives
Sour cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large saucepan, mix cumin, tomatoes (not drained), picante sauce, garlic and onions. Bring to boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.

While simmering, brown hamburger and after 10 minutes, combine with other ingredients in large saucepan. Place 1/3 of hamburger mixture in large oblong pan. Place 3 of the flour tortillas on top of the hamburger mixture and then spread 1/3 of the shredded cheese on top. Repeat until ingredients are gone.

Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking for 15 minutes or until dish is heated throughout. Remove dish and scatter lettuce, olives and tomatoes on top. Serve with sour cream.
