BAVARIAN CHIP DIP 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. braunschweiger
1 env. onion soup mix
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Combine cream cheese and lemon juice in blender. Add braunschweiger, onion soup mix, horseradish, Worcestershire, Tabasco and evaporated milk. Blend until completely blended and smooth. Chill before serving. Makes approximately 2 cups dip.
