BOUQUET GARNI 
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. parsley
2 bay leaves, crushed
1 tsp. thyme
4" cheese cloth square

Place rosemary, marjoram, parsley, bay leaves and thyme in center of cheese cloth square. Bring corners of cloth together and tie with rick-rack. Use in soups and stews.
