MILK SHAKE 
1 c. milk, frozen
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. cottage cheese
Sugar substitutes to taste
2 c. fresh or frozen fruit

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend well.

SUGGESTIONS ON FRUIT: frozen blueberries, 2 bananas, frozen pineapple, 2 tablespoons peanut butter with the bananas.
