BOURBON BALLS 
2 1/2 c. rolled vanilla wafers
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. white corn syrup
1/4 c. bourbon

Mix all ingredients together. Roll in small balls and then roll in powdered sugar. Let stand to season about one week.
