BARBECUE - GLAZED CORN 
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. onion, minced
3-4 ears corn
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter in small saucepan. Saute onion until tender. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Shuck ears of corn, removing as much silk as possible. Place each cob diagonally on generous square of heavy duty foil. Brush liberally with butter mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap foil around each cob, sealing tight. Place on grill and cook 25-35 minutes or until done, turning often.
