PEPPER STEAK 
1 lg. steak for 4
32 oz. jar Prego Sauce made with mushrooms
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 tbsp. Crisco oil
Dash of pepper (ground)
1 lg. onion
1 lg. green pepper

Cut up steak in strips. Stir fry steak in oil. Add garlic powder, ground pepper. Cut up green pepper and onion into strips. Stir fry in oil. When green pepper and onion are tender, add Prego. Cook until hot and serve with rice.
