FILLETS DIVAN 
1 lb. frozen flounder fillets
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. grated American cheese
Salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped parsley
3 tbsp. pickle relish
1 lb. lemon juice
1 tsp. minced onion
2 egg whites

Thaw fish fillets. Cook the broccoli according to package directions; drain, then arrange in a single layer in a 9 inch square pan. Place fillets in single layer over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese, salt, and pepper. Combine mayonnaise, parsley, relish, lemon, and onion in a small bowl. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into mayonnaise mixture. Spread over fillets. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until the sauce is puffy and golden.
