CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. Sandee biscuit mix
3/4 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk or water

Combine dry ingredients. Beat egg and milk. Stir into dry ingredients just until mixed. Spread into an 8 inch square pan and bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
