CARAMEL TREATS 
32 caramels
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. quick oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
5 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt caramel and milk over low heat.

Combine the rest of ingredients except chips and nuts. Press half of mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chips and nuts. Spread on caramel mixture. Sprinkle on rest of crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, cut into bars when cold.
