1 lb. ground round beef
1 egg
1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley
1 c. grated, extra-sharp, New York State Cheddar cheese, loosely packed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together well. If your mixture is too dry add milk by the dropfuls. Bake or fry and serve with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
