CHICKEN FRIED STEAKS 
2 lb. round steak, cubed
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. fat for frying
Salt and pepper

Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper and beat well. Cut steaks in servings, dip in egg batter and roll in cracker crumbs. Brown in hot fat and then turn down to simmer for 45 minutes. This recipe serves 6-8.
