MOCK CHICKEN FRIED STEAK 
1 beaten egg
1 c. coarsely crushed crackers
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. olive oil or corn oil

Combine egg, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, milk, onion, chili powder, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape into 6 patties 1/2" thick. Coat with remaining cracker crumbs. Fry in hot oil over medium high heat about 3 minutes each side. Serve with milk gravy.
