NON-DAIRY PIMIENTO CHEEZE 
1 c. cold water
1/8 c. oil
1/8 c. lemon juice, fresh is better
1 oz. pimientos
1/4 c. nutritional yeast flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. cornstarch

Blend well. Stir constantly over medium heat until thickened. Chill and serve. Makes about 2 cups.
