AGGRESSION COOKIES
For those days when your children are making you crazy - or visa versa! The more you knead, mash, squeeze and beat the general bejunior out of the dough, the better you feel and the better the cookies taste!

3 c. brown sugar
3 c. butter (or 1 1/2 c. each), softened
6 c. rolled oats, uncooked oatmeal
1 tbsp. baking soda
3 c. flour, sifted

Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl in order given. Using hands mash, squeeze and knead mixture until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Form dough into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place on ungreased baking sheet at least three inches apart (the cookies spread during baking). Butter the bottom of a small glass and dip it in granulated sugar - use it to flatten the cookies. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes, until spread and golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand two or three minutes before removing from baking sheet with broad spatula. Cool on wax paper. Makes about 15 dozen cookies. This recipe is easily cut down.
