JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
2 1/2 c. cornmeal
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. milk
1 lb. can cream corn
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
7 chopped jalapeno peppers
1 lg. grated onion

Mix meal, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Beat together eggs and milk. Add to dry ingredients then add other ingredients. Beat well. Pour into one well greased 9x12 inch pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until done at 450 degree oven.
