1 pt. vanilla ice cream
6 oz. box orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, undrained

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add ice cream, sour cream. Stir until dissolved. Add oranges and crushed pineapple. Chill until firm.
