POST TOASTIE POTATOES 
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt & pepper
2 c. corn flakes

Thoroughly thaw potatoes and combine other ingredients. Place in a large, lightly greased casserole. Cover with 2 cups of crush corn flakes and drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
