MISSOURI COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
3 c. quick cooking oats

Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in saucepan and cook to full boil. Continue cooking 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla, salt and peanut butter. Mix in oats.

Drop by teaspoon on wax paper. Allow to cool and set up. (Work quickly because it sets up fast.) Refrigerate in airtight container.
