OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg. unpeeled potatoes, cut into 8 wedges, lengthwise

BASTE:

1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Arrange potato wedges, peel side down in baking dish. Brush the baste over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
