BAKED PINEAPPLE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. liquid from pineapple, reserved
2 cans (20 oz. each) chunky pineapple, drained
1 c. shredded cheese
2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter (melted) or butter

Combine sugar, flour and juice over low heat until some of the sugar melts. Stir in pineapple chunks and cheese. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Put crushed crackers on top. Pour melted butter over crackers. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Serves 6-8.
