NUTTY FRUIT BAKE 
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 can apple slices
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. grated cheese

Drain pineapple chunks, reserve liquid. Drain apples, reserve liquid. Layer fruit, nuts and raisins in a square baking dish. Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar, flour, cinnamon and vanilla. Add juices; mixing well. Pour over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese melts. Makes 6 servings.
