PEACH CAKE 
2 1/2 c. crushed peaches
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1 1/2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. coconut

CAKE: Mix peaches with dry ingredients. Add eggs. Mix well. Pour into a greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

TOPPING: Melt butter in heavy pan. Add sugar, cornstarch and salt. Mix well. Add milk and cool until thick. Add coconut and pecans. Spread on cake.
