1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. mustard
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1-2 tsp. cracked pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder)

Mix all together. Marinade for chicken, pork, or beef. Great for flank steak!!
