CALIFORNIA MARINADE 
Combine in a large air tight container:

1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
Dash of garlic

Mix this together. Add about 3 pounds of sirloin cut into pieces to fondue. Marinate overnight. Remove to smaller bowls to place on table to spear for fondue.
