CHEESY POTATOES 
1 bag frozen hash browns
1 can cheese & broccoli soup
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 soup can water
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme
Handful button mushrooms (opt.)

In casserole dish place 1/2 to 3/4 of bag of hash browns. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Place in oven and bake at 375 degrees until center is thick or loses "soupy" texture approximately 45 minutes. Serve hot.
