BAKED CORN | |
1 can whole kernel corn, partly drained 1 can creamed corn 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 egg 1/2 c. melted butter 8 oz. sour cream 1 tbsp. sugar (I leave this out) Mix liquids first, add corn and Jiffy mix. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Very Good. |
