1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. green pepper
1 med. onion
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunts tomato sauce
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare ingredients (chop pepper and onion finely). Pour oil in skillet, then brown ground beef in hot fat. Add vegetables and stir until mixed well. Pour beef and vegetables into casserole, then prepare corn muffin mix. Pour or spoon muffin mix over meat and vegetables. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until muffin mix is done.
