2/3 c. brown sugar 2 c. flour 2/3 c. butter 1 c. chopped pecans 16 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 4 tbsp. milk 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. vanilla Mix brown sugar, flour and nuts in large bowl. Stir in melted butter and mix with fork until crumbly. Reserve 2 cups for topping. Place remainder in 9 x 13 pan and press firmly to make crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Beat in egg, lemon juice, milk and vanilla. Pour over baked crust. Top with reserved crust, crumble over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars and keep refrigerated. |
