PASTA CON BROCCOLI | |
8 oz. cavatelli shells 2 c. half & half cream 1 c. grated Parmesan 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced 1 pkg. frozen broccoli 8 oz. tomato sauce 1/2 stick butter Salt, pepper & garlic to taste Saute mushrooms in butter. Cook broccoli, according to package only until crisp. Add broccoli, mushrooms and butter. Cook cavatelli shells and drain. Add shells to first mixture along with half and half and tomato sauce. Stir and then add rest of ingredients according to your taste. Simmer 25 to 30 minutes. |
