CHERRY CRISP | |
1 can cherry pie filling 1 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1 egg 1 stick melted butter Spread cherries in an 8x8 inch square baking dish. In a separate bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder and egg. Spread this mixture over the cherries. Pour the melted butter on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1/2 hour until crust browns. Serve with vanilla ice cream. Double all ingredients for a 13x9 inch baking dish. |
