BAKED HOMINY 
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. dry buttered bread crumbs
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 c. half and half cream
1/2 tsp. grated onion (only 1/2 tsp.)
3 (1 lb.) cans hominy, drained

Melt butter; add flour and seasonings and blend. Add cream; stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion and cheese. Cook over low heat until thickens. Add drained hominy.
