1 bag frozen hash browns or shredded potatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 c. diced onions 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 stick butter 1 c. crushed corn flakes Grease 1 large casserole dish. Mix all but flakes and butter. Turn into dish. Top with flakes, dot with butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Can make the night before and keep in warm oven well after done baking, if necessary. |
