1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, unbeaten
1 sm. can mandarin oranges (with the juice)

Mix all together; pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

Topping: 1 package instant vanilla pudding; pour dry into the 8 ounce carton of Cool Whip. Then stir in 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple. Add dash of salt. Spread over cooled cake. Keep in refrigerator overnight. Delicious.
