| BEETS WITH SOUR CREAM | |
|
1 can beets 1/2 c. your favorite vinaigrette dressing Sour cream Slice beets and then cut the slices into strips. Soak in the vinaigrette dressing for several hours, turning frequently to be sure the beet strips are evenly bathed. One hour or two before serving drain the beets and mix with sour cream. Serves 4. | |
