1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated onion
Dash cayenne pepper
2 1/2 c. cooked beets, cut into cubes

Mix first six ingredients well. Carefully stir in beets. Heat slowly stirring often.
